PFITR is public investing software that will help the treasurer’s office reduce transaction costs, help reduce commissions paid and time purchases. It is a new startup from the St. Louis Entrepreneurial Incubator on Washington Ave in the T-Rex Building.

The cost in the article is way off of the $7,000 a year it will end up costing the Treasurer’s office. With $140,000,000.00 invested, it is well worth it.

One $10million bond trade under Frank Miles cost the county up to $25,000.
