Alan Dunstan makes appointments to over 300 districts, many of whom are the same cast of characters who are Democrat elected officials.

Andy Economy, Venice Township Supervisor (among many titles…) was given $18,400 in business to his Auto Body Shop from Metro East Sanitary District Director Bob Shipley, Granite City Township Supervisor, who wrecked his government car 5 times in 3 years. Andy Economy is the Metro East Sanitary District Board President.

Economy has his wife as the highest paid Venice Township employee, as well as many business contacts with local governmental units, including Madison County.

Alan Dunstan appoints members to the Metro East Sanitary district and gets donations from Andy Economy and Bob Shipley.

Andy Economy is Alan Dunstan’s third biggest all-time donor with donations totaling $25,000, the latest donation was on May 6th of 2015 (donations by Andy Economy, Economy Properties and Andy’s Auto Body & Towing).

Robert Shipley has given Alan Dunstan at least $1,500 and the latest was on May 6th of 2015.
